On 14th July at St Nicholas Church in Dormston we all enjoyed a celebration of Waterloo Schools Charity.

The church was full to hear encouraging reports from Sierra Leone and also to enjoy Glenn Scott's inspiring account of his journey to be selected as an Olympic torchbearer and sportsman. In addition to all this he has been a tireless ambassador and fundraiser for the charity. £500 was raised on this occasion. Our thanks to Reverend Nick Wright and everyone who helped with the arrangements for a wonderful programme.

The children made a big and colourful card to send to the children in Waterloo.
